He is a shareholder of Normandin Beaudry based in Toronto and served on Normandin Beaudry’s Executive Committee from 2012 to 2024. Daniel strongly believes that group benefits should be designed to meet the various needs of employees while being straightforward and efficient. Cost stability and affordability for employers and employees is always top of mind for Daniel; as such, he strives for innovation and creativity in the design and communication of group benefit plans.
