Daniel Drolet, ASA, Senior Partner

Daniel is a seasoned total rewards professional with more than 30 years of experience in group benefits. He is a shareholder of Normandin Beaudry based in Toronto and served on Normandin Beaudry’s Executive Committee from 2012 to 2024. Daniel strongly believes that group benefits should be designed to meet the various needs of employees while being straightforward and efficient. Cost stability and affordability for employers and employees is always top of mind for Daniel; as such, he strives for innovation and creativity in the design and communication of group benefit plans. He is a skilled communicator who enjoys being in the trenches: whether speaking to a board of directors or to a group of employees, that’s when he’s at his very best. He has been actively involved in the development of different areas of expertise for Normandin Beaudry over the past 28 years, including disability management, health and well-being, and international mobility solutions. 

 

Nurez Moorani, BA (Hons), LLQP, Consultant

Nurez has nearly a decade of experience providing group benefits consulting to organizations of all sizes. Known for his positive outlook and proactive approach, Nurez supports clients in achieving their goals to build supportive and effective benefits programs for their employees. His expertise includes managing RFP processes, renewal negotiations, carrier implementations, cost containment strategies and the development of strategic outside-of-the-box solutions. Throughout his career, Nurez has consistently delivered tailored recommendations that align with compliance requirements, financial objectives and the enhancement of the employee experience.
