Event Description
The COVID-19 pandemic has raised a number of workplace privacy-related questions for both employers and employees. Striking the appropriate balance between health and safety and employee privacy has been an ongoing challenge. This session will explore some of the limits on employee health screening, and on monitoring remote workers.
Topics to be discussed include:

- Limits on collection, use and disclosure of employee’s personal information
