Topic: Employees' Retention Strategies
Participants will learn a different perspective on behaviour during the hiring process, recognize the set of skills that are really needed and if the candidate has these skills or ability to develop them. Participants will learn about types of motivations, pros and cons for each type, how to create and keep an engaging and motivating environment at the workplace. Participants will learn how to recognize the wrong person, analyze the damaging effect, make the firing process as less stressful as possible for all the parties involved.

Jenny holds degrees in Law and Psychology & Management, but her passion always was to help people to live better lives. This is why after special training Jenny became a volunteer with the Toronto Distress Centers. A few years ago Jenny decided to transform for passion into a business and received formal training as Life and Business Coach at Erickson Coaching International Institute, Vancouver, Canada. Jenny also became a member of the International Coaching Federation, a global organization that retains very high professional and ethical standards. Jenny is also a part of The Achievement Centre, the organization that provides training in a variety of business development areas and was certified to facilitate Results-Centred Leadership, Effective Delegation, Coaching for Success, RADAR (personal development) and Results-Centred Teamwork programs.
