This Power Lunch Webinar aims to equip professionals with an overview of key human resources skills that are increasingly in-demand and essential building blocks of thriving modern workplaces.

Maciej Lipinski

Maciej Lipinski, JD, PhD is a lawyer practising in the areas of employment and labour law, and education law. He has a background as a social psychologist, earning his PhD researching how online interactions impact on behaviours and attitudes. Maciej has practised as a lawyer at BLG LLP and KPMG Law, and is currently the founder and principal lawyer at The Process Legal. He is the published author of psychological research on attitude-change in online contexts, and co-author of the Ontario Employment Standards Act: Quick Reference, and An Educator’s Guide to the Role of the Principal (3rd ed).
