Now, more than ever, we need to stay focused on diversity and inclusion. But, how? Even in the best of times, traditional approaches have yielded little result. Today, our unexpected work from home experiment is well underway, and here to stay. We need a remote work strategy that ensures inclusive team behaviours, amplifies everyone’s voice and successfully navigates our new reality.

The Jasmar Group is a behaviour change consultancy that builds team belonging, culture and performance. We design evidence-based and employee-centred solutions to make inclusion stick, for all of us. In this workshop, we share our approach to build inclusive, high performing virtual teams, supported by best practice and behavioural science. Participants will gain actionable insights to:

  • Design team connections to increase employees’ psychological health and sense of belonging.
  • Avoid the pitfalls of behavioural and psychological biases for stronger team collaboration.
  • Upskill managers to mitigate the diversity of challenges and establish inclusive team norms for the long term.
