HR professionals are on the front lines of workplace mental health and wellness, yet many feel underprepared to navigate the complexities of mental health challenges amid today’s uncertainty and rapid workplace changes. From managing stress leaves and sick leave policies to implementing training programs and support systems, HR plays a critical role—but often without the necessary training to navigate these challenges effectively. To receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program, you must successfully complete online assessments.
This program will not be recorded. This is an intact program in which attendees must attend all of the sessions in order to qualify for the certificate.
