That's why you can make progress on analytics without new investments, it's all about empowering HR professionals to bring an analytical approach to their work
Speakers David Creelman and Bob Nager will help HR professionals will learn how to separate out the slow world of advanced analytics and dashboards, from the fast world of "everyday analytics" and learn how to recognize the analytics work they are already doing. HR professionals will get an insight of why "evidence-based management" is a better framework than "analytics"; and they will explain the first steps into getting analytics "wins" without an investment in new technology or data.
