We all know that the best way to find a new role is NETWORKING – but do we do a good job at it?

ENG Toronto has a networking group for Senior HR professionals who are seeking work or their next opportunity.  

This is a service made possible by one of our members – Verity International (www.verityintl.com).  Verity International provides the meeting space, the facilitator, and refreshments.  Participants will use this time to build their network of HR professionals, share job leads, discuss topics tabled by participants and, most importantly, to work together to help each other achieve their transition goals.

Sessions will be facilitated by Kathy March, who brings 25 years in Talent Acquisition and 4 years of Career Transition experience to the sessions.

Kathy March, VP Sales

Kathy is a Sales Executive with 25+ years of Account Management experience. Highly adept at building business, leading teams, increasing revenue, and expanding existing relationships, Kathy is a strong member of the Verity team. 

Kathy’s experience is deeply rooted in the Search and Placement side of the industry and thus brings a unique perspective Verity. For over two decades she has worked with VP’s, directors, managers, and a variety of senior professionals within national accounts, as well as small to medium sized businesses. She has successfully developed, implemented and delivered customized Talent Management staffing solutions which have included ad hoc supplemental assessment, training and coaching solutions.

In addition to her responsibilities for driving business through strong internal and external business relationships, Kathy also held accountability for regional operations, policy compliance, staff development and, ultimately, client satisfaction.
