Helia Mozafar is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with a distinguished career in the healthcare sectors. Currently serving as an HR Operations Specialist at the University Health Network in Toronto, Helia has over two years of comprehensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and employee relations. Helia's expertise extends to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), where she has been instrumental in integrating DEI principles into HR practices. Her academic background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from George Brown College and a Master's in Human Resources Management where she conducted extensive research on DEI.
