This presentation will highlight some common challenges that has been experienced by many individuals living through the pandemic along with a snapshot of what the state of our mental health looks like today as a society. The audience will learn how empathy can be used to build resilience and support others you might be suffering.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Participants will learn the common traits of mental health following a pandemic lock down.
- They will understand how individual mental health and anxieties differs from each other
- Participants will learn strategies to support individuals' mental health moving forward in a re-entry (post pandemic) workplace.
