Looking for a fun way to gain clarity on your career and personal aspirations and 2023 goals? This workshop on the Vision Board will guide all members, mentors, and mentees to create their vision, dreams and goals!

This is a hands-on, reflective, and interactive workshop that helps with goal-setting, objectives for the mentor relationship (for those who have registered for the program), and a way to crystalize the knowledge, skills, habits, and support needed to ensure success. If you’re not in a mentor relationship yet it will be a great way to
network and meet others and form a future one!

This workshop is a creative way to help HR professionals think about goal-setting and potentially help business leaders drive growth in a non-traditional way. Creativity is a great way to lead innovation!

Participants will be sent reflective pre-work to maximize session time and will be supplied with tools during the session to create their Vision Board.

  • The pre-work and workshop will allow participants to understand themselves, and reflect on their personal values to guide them both personally and professionally.
  • Decision-making skills (focus on goal-setting) and collaboration and communication between mentors/mentees is encouraged.
  • Emotional intelligence will be factored into the exercises, as is relationship management between existing mentorship pairs and prospective ones. Also, integration of work/life goals will be focused through creativity by creation of a vision board.

A “no show/late cancellation” fee will be charged if cancellation is not provided to chaptercancellations@hrpa.ca at least 3 business days in advance.

Registrations will NOT be accepted at the door.
