Kathleen Stokes, Lawyer

Ms. Stokes has practiced management side labour law since graduating from Dalhousie University in 1999. Prior to law school, Ms. Stokes worked at a research institute in Asia, participating in a number of development projects in Asia and South America. Since becoming a lawyer, she has represented a wide variety of clients, including large public sector clients, construction companies, mining corporations and First Nations. Ms. Stokes interests include grievance arbitrations, Labour Board work, construction labour law, human rights, educational seminars and occupational health and safety.
