Do you ever feel like you're stuck in a revolving door? Dealing with the same issue over and over without an end in sight? Yeah, we've been there too.
In this 45-minute presentation, Sarah walks you through a conflict resolution process that engages all parties in providing solutions for success, requires personal accountability, and includes agreed-upon next steps if the agreement isn't being met.
This process can be used when there is conflict between two employees at work, or conflict within a team, and can easily be adapted when divisive perspectives arise during performance management meetings or one-on-one meetings.
By engaging employees and asking them to provide their solutions, it's much more likely they'll commit to changed behaviours that support a positive and respectful working relationship.
After taking part in this workshop, attendees will have:
- Communication skills that support emotional intelligence and lead to productive and psychologically safe conversations.
- A conflict resolution process that avoids shame and blame so you can establish effective working relationships where employees are able to work productively with others.
- Effective strategies that can be integrated into management and supervisor training so they can intervene when challenges begin to appear, reducing the impact on the employee, co-workers, and the human resource team.
