During this event we will cover an over-view of our year in the Hamilton Chapter at our Annual Business Meeting (ABM), followed by recognition of our members that were designated in 2023 and our volunteers.
The ABM will be followed by a special info-experiential program for executives/leaders/managers who are interested in learning multipurpose skills to enhance their well-being and fine-tune their leadership skills/presence through simple, practical and effective strategies.
The session will comprise of introduction to the main skills, scientific evidence behind these, its relevance to the field of Human Resources and practical ways to learn and apply these skills in real life.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn mindfulness skills to manage stress and emotional distress effectively
- Reduce reactive habits & behaviours
- Enhance Leadership presence, clarity, & decision making
