Leading organizations recognize the need for a new approach to creating diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces – one that goes beyond trying to change mindsets, building awareness and implementing programs with little result.

Join us on June 22nd and explore how applied behavioural design and the scientific process can pave a faster way towards inclusion and belonging. Using a practical framework, Sylvia Apostolidis from The Jasmar Group will lead a highly interactive session where we will design Inclusion Nudges to interrupt bias in talent processes, motivate leaders to engage and drive forward your DEI strategies with impact.

The time is now to innovate, produce sustained, measurable cultural change and create the change we want to see.

Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will learn a new approach to make faster progress towards diverse and inclusive workplaces
  • Participants will understand how to interrupt bias in talent processes
  • Participants will build an understanding of how evidence and science can be applied to build inclusion in the workplace

Registration Difficulties or Questions: Please reach out to our Chapter Experience Coordinator, Tracey Gallacher tgallacher@hrpa.ca

“Learning & Giving Back!  As suggested by HRPA members and as part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility, HRPA has identified Indspire and Black Youth Helpline as recommended charities. Should you wish to support please select the $5 donation option upon checkout. Thank you!”
