With the talent market heating up, business leaders have to think about how they can find, hire and retain top talent, nicknamed, "Cultural Champions." But, how do you identify these individuals? How do you nurture them? How do you create a succession plan that will put these top performers on a path to executive leadership? The Talent Optimization framework provides businesses with a data-backed direct path to hiring based on a candidate's true personality, and gives insights into how HR managers can quickly identify cultural champions.
