Over the last few years, there has been controversy and concern about the effectiveness of current performance management practices and employee engagement. Given the complexity and different viewpoints of these challenges, the fact remains that in a competitive marketplace, an organization’s strategic advantage is its people. HR professionals who realize this are now focusing their attention on creating cultures of optimal work experience.
Paul’s topic “Creating the Optimal Workplace Experience,” comes from his years of experience working with high-performing organizations and being an elite-level athlete. This workshop outlines the foundations for an optimal work experience and how to create an organization in which optimal work is experienced daily. Paul shares his experiences working with clients in this area along with the latest discoveries from neuro-performance sciences in the area of optimal human performance.
