We often don't have control over most organizational changes and disruptions, but we do have control over how we respond. The key to this response is Resilience - and the good news is that it can be strengthened.
Whether your disruption has been triggered by the rapidly changing business landscape - new technology, pandemics and/or the increasingly sophisticated needs of internal and external stakeholders - chances are you and your clients are being asked to work differently, to think differently and to lead differently. Your role as a HR Leader is instrumental in helping employees effectively manage through and absorb the impact of the changes and rise to the challenge.
Resilience is the ability to maintain our mental, physical and emotional equilibrium during adverse conditions such as change, disruption or expectations or stress. This is what allows us to continue to make good decisions, stay focused and to be open minded when it really counts. The problem is, in times when we need our teams to be at their best - creative, collaborative and respectful, we may experience the opposite. The good news is that we are all resilient. We just need to learn to exercise our resilience "muscles"
The "Strengthening Organizational Resilience" webinar will help you to identify your resilience muscles and how to ensure they are available to you when you need them most.
