In this seminar we will explore how to evaluate conflict management systems by taking a new look at conflict and its relationship with trauma. We will apply six trauma informed principles to our conflict management systems analysis and design. We will learn about the relationship between trauma, fairness and conflict. We will seek to answer some crucial questions, like:

- how do we balance legislative and business requirements with good conflict management?
