Meredith Gunn, Customer Success Manager
Meredith Gunn is a Customer Success Manager at Mind Tools with over 15 years of experience in customer success, account management, and B2B SaaS solutions. She previously founded Gunn & Co., a political fundraising firm in Mississippi. Meredith holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Union University and an MBA from the University of Mississippi. She is currently based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
Ben Armstrong, Client Experience Partner
Ben Armstrong is a Client Experience Partner at Mind Tools, where he specializes in B2B customer success within SaaS environments. With a strong track record of managing projects for Fortune 500 clients, Ben excels in onboarding, account growth, and long-term client engagement. Prior to joining Mind Tools in January 2022, he held customer success and sales roles at Senseye, a predictive maintenance software company. Ben holds both a BA and an MSc from Southampton Solent University and is currently based in Poole, England.
