It is all too easy for an employer to ask or say something inappropriate during the interview process. In fact, certain types of questions could be considered a breach of the Ontario Human Rights Code. This program will discuss the most common types of inappropriate questions and statements during interviews, why these communications are problematic, and better ways to assess a candidate's suitability for the role. This program will also made recommendations for discussing the open position in the interview in a way that is accurate and appropriate.
