Using the DISC Model of Human Behaviour, you will learn about the four different personality styles, as well as identifying your own style. With this new information, you will explore how each style thinks and communicates and what drives their behaviour so you can learn to better  motivate and inspire others.

 

Objectives

  • Identify and understand the four different personality types
  • Understand what core beliefs drive each style's behaviour
  • Learn to tap into these core beliefs to better motivate and inspire others

Speaker – Karen Minty

Karen is a college and university professor, corporate trainer and professional business writer.  With over 20 years in various leadership and teaching positions, Karen brings a mix of practical experience, informed theory and creative facilitation to all her workshops.   

Karen's passion and expertise are in the field of communication behaviour. By understanding the motivations that drive behaviour, she can offer alternative strategies to improve leadership, teamwork and conflict resolution. She is also certified to facilitate the DISC Model of Human Behaviour and TRIMA Model of Competency. Her sense of humour, high energy, and thought-provoking perspectives ensure her training will be results-oriented, super relevant, and heaps of FUN!
