For companies to evolve, grow, and stay competitive, HR departments need to up their game. Companies that use HR analytics can create a plan that will improve their recruitment, retainment, and productivity through performance management of employees. Also, if used properly HR analytics can help organizations better understand the challenges of their HR departments and their employees, including understanding the diminishing hierarchy and the need for empathy and support which should mean better management, productivity and happier employees which equals a stronger retainment level.
