For companies to evolve, grow, and stay competitive, HR departments need to up their game. Companies that use HR analytics can create a plan that will improve their recruitment, retainment, and productivity through performance management of employees. Also, if used properly HR analytics can help organizations better understand the challenges of their HR departments and their employees, including understanding the diminishing hierarchy and the need for empathy and support which should mean better management, productivity and happier employees which equals a stronger retainment level.

Learning Objectives:

In this session, we will:
1.    Discuss the importance of establishing standards, including performance standards with an empathetic, supportive and effective approach
2.    Understand how HR analytics can provide metrics to measure the success of employees, engagement activities and employee satisfaction rates
3.    Know how to check results and implement changes
4.    This session directly aligns with the HR function by developing critical leadership, communication, and analytical skills, ultimately helping HR professionals create a more positive and resilient workplace culture while strengthening their partnership with the broader business strategy.
