Every day, organizations are increasingly struggling with assessing how healthy their workplace is alongside the health of the employees working there.

Organizations are starting to recognize that reacting to their organization's and employees' health and well-being concerns is causing larger issues surrounding employee engagement, productivity, efficiency, health and safety and overall retention.

While the strategies we employ vary from organization to organization, there is still the fundamental philosophy of proactivity that has gone largely ignored for too long.

In this practical hands-on session, you will begin the transformation from being a reactive employee and workplace health organization to one that is continually and proactively and preventatively assessing the state of your organization and talent.   Practical questionnaires and assessments will round out this session for participants to identify the preventative measures to put into place in their organizations.

Learning objectives:

  • Identify the many factors that influence the health of a workplace
  • Define the current issues affecting employees in your organization
  • Determine how to conduct a workplace health assessment
  • Realize the various preventative assessments that can be incorporated into your preventative health and safety program

Who should attend?

HR Leaders / Managers, HR Generalists and Business Partners, and Health and Safety Internal Practitioners.
