Simenpal earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Prior to entering law school, Simenpal worked in various legal settings, including the Toronto-Dominion Bank’s legal department, where he developed a passion for litigation and dispute resolution, real estate and corporate law. Simenpal completed his licensing at a prominent Cambridge law firm where he worked on employment, family, corporate, real estate, litigation, small claims, human rights, and landlord & tenant matters. Simenpal ensures efficient and cost-effective approaches are applied to client problems. Simenpal is fluent in English and Punjabi.

Marc ensured the overall creation and adherence to all project timelines, overall quality of craftsmanship, health and safety of all persons, overall customer satisfaction, and the growth of the Dunsire team into a New Era based on a Strategic Plan anchored in Servant Leadership philosophies. Starting in retail, over his 20 year’ career in leadership roles with companies such as TELUS Mobility, Maple Leaf Sports Entertainment (MLSE), The Printing House, and Fusion Homes, Marc has lived by a philosophy and set of practices that enriches the lives of individuals, builds better organizations and ultimately creates a more just and caring world.
