Christina Mcloughlin, CHRL, Founder HRwithChristina

Christina McLoughlin is a bilingual Human Resources Leader (CHRL) who believes that while policies are necessary, business is human. With extensive and diverse leadership and HR experience across government, unionized, academic and not-for-profit sectors, she has navigated both the "textbook" side of HR and the messy, real-world side of it too. Formerly a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Director, Christina recently pivoted from the corporate ladder to the entrepreneurial path to launch HR with Christina. She now partners with leaders to build healthier, more inclusive workplaces. Proving that career growth is never linear, Christina has returned to the online classroom to pursue her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. A recent volunteer and mentor with the HRPA Student Success Series, Christina looks forward to sharing her journey with other HR professionals navigating their own paths with authenticity and confidence.
