One of the biggest challenges facing all industries at present is the issue of retention, increasing turnover costs not only time and money but also damages reputation and reduces our ability to satisfy our clients. Feedback from employees consistently mentions ‘increased engagement’, this lively and entertaining in-person presentation with speaker Craig Woodall will look at the current ‘annual performance review’ process and see how, with a little creativity, it can be turned around and used as a tool to engage with our employees, coach our current leaders and assign accountability to the most appropriate people.
Learning Objectives:
At this session you will learn:
1. Coaching - provide current leaders with the awareness to become better coaches and leaders
2. Empowerment - assign accountability for personal and professional development back to the individual, create ownership
3. Change - challenge the way it’s always been done, be creative and find new solutions
