She has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources across many sectors including academia, municipal government, healthcare, logistics, and a wide variety of private sector organizations. She is an HRPA complaints committee member, OLA Superconference speaker, Professor of Human Resources, and Author of "The HR Blue Print".
