This presentation covers the basics of constructive dismissals, and more specifically, how the current times of the pandemic and some of the common actions taken by employers and HR professionals may inadvertently lead to constructive dismissal claims. This presentation allows HR professionals to understand how to best structure agreements and company policies to lower the chances of constructive dismissals claims. Understanding how constructive dismissals work allows companies to be proactive in their practices, lower their risk of liability, and improve morale by ensuring that dismissal processes are fair.
