An experienced employment lawyer, Daniel Chodos has worked at two of the most respected labour and employment law firms in Canada, where he advises both employees and employers in resolving the various types of disputes that arise within the employment relationship.

Daniel has litigated numerous cases, including such issues as wrongful dismissals, human rights, employment standards, workplace violence and harassment, and employment insurance. He also has a background in labour law and collective bargaining.

With this background, Daniel has represented both employees and employers before numerous administrative tribunal hearings and in the courts, including the Ontario Labour Relations Boards, the Human Rights Tribunal and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
