Join BambooHR for a practical webinar exploring the six core elements of an effective compliance program, using the CARPET framework as a simple, memorable structure for building and strengthening compliance efforts.
This session will examine how gaps in communication, oversight, and documentation can leave compliance programs vulnerable, and how a more intentional, year-round approach can reduce risk and build a stronger organizational culture.
Participants will gain practical strategies to:
- Apply BambooHR's CARPET framework to evaluate their own compliance program across six essential areas
- Identify common gaps in communication, monitoring, and execution before they become liabilities
- Strengthen speak-up culture and ensure the right issues reach the right people
- Move compliance from an annual checklist to an ongoing, embedded practice
This practical session is ideal for HR professionals, compliance leaders, and people managers looking to move beyond a checklist mentality and build a more resilient, proactive compliance program.
In this session, you will learn how to:
- Strengthen your compliance program design by understanding the six essential elements of the CARPET framework and how they work together.
- Improve visibility into who is seeing and reporting what across the organization.
- Develop stronger assessment and audit practices to accurately gauge how well your compliance program is actually performing.
- Improve regulatory monitoring capabilities to stay ahead of changing requirements rather than reacting to them.
- Build clearer, more effective policies that reflect what the organization actually says it will do.
