Ogooluwakitan Gbenga-Awomodu, CHRL, Total Rewards Consultant

Kitan Gbenga-Awomodu is an HR professional and Total Rewards expert with over 15 years of cross-industry experience spanning the energy, consumer packaged goods (CPG), technology, and public sectors. She is recognized for combining strong business acumen with an innovative, stakeholder-focused approach to people management. Kitan holds a B.Sc. in International Law and Diplomacy and a Master’s degree in International Business. She also holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designations. Kitan currently works with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board as a Total Rewards Consultant.
