This event has reached capacity. When you register online you will be placed onto a WAITLIST. If space opens up closer to the event you will be notified. This is an IN-PERSON event. Registering online in advance is required. Registrations will not be accepted at the door.

A $35 + tax “no show/late cancellation” fee will be charged if cancellation is not provided to chaptercancellations@hrpa.ca at least 3 business days in advance.

NOTE: Confirmed participants need to arrive on time to sign mandatory waivers from the venue host prior to commencing axe throwing. For participants under the age of 18, it is mandatory to be accompanied by an adult over 21 years old, and the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Closed toed shoes must be always worn. Loose and comfortable clothes are recommended for full range of motion. The entrance to the venue is at the rear, facing the parking lot.

Noor Jahangir, Specialist, Member Acquisition & Experience

Noor holds the position of Specialist, Member Acquisition and Experience at HRPA. With a background in social sciences and marketing, Noor brings a unique perspective to member acquisition and experience where she has dedicated the past few years of her career. Currently, Noor manages HRPA's Student Ambassador Program positioning enthusiastic, career-driven HR students to act as a bridge between HRPA and their post-secondary school. She guides Student Ambassadors who play a pivotal role in fostering a relationship between HRPA and their post-secondary institution’s HR students, faculty and staff. Together they help our post-secondary school communities understand the value of the HR profession and HRPA in Ontario.
