The Annual Business Meeting will include a report on Chapter activities, member recognition and an introduction of our 2021/2022 Chapter Board.
The way we lead different generations in the workplace has changed. Prior to the pandemic we used to engage in relationships in which an understanding of each generation was important. What matters now is dealing with the individual first. Regardless of the generation that person belongs to. Join us as speaker Aline Ayoub shares insights and helps us learn to understand the new face of the intergenerational workplace; the paradigm shift from managing each generation to managing each individual; and how leaders have to pivot to be successful in our changed world of work.
