This session will equip attendees, who are HR professionals, to think about and to develop their careers. It will include useful take-home exercises to help identify aspirations and achieve career goals.

HR Professionals have never been so called upon managing rapid change due to COVID-19. On the front lines supporting people and businesses, our members still are giving back!
We are pleased to offer all online Chapter programming free of charge to our members until June 30, 2020. HRPA members attending Chapter sessions between now and June 30, 2020 have the option to support, please select the $5 registration option when joining a free chapter webinar. All proceeds will go to support COVID-19 efforts through Feed Ontario.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  ALL cancellations MUST be received in writing, 3 business days in advance of the event, to chaptercancellations@hrpa.ca.  Registration fees are 100% non-refundable after that time. If it is a complimentary event, a $30 no-show fee invoice will be issued to those registrants who do not attend and have not provided the required notice. Cancellation Deadline is Tues. July 14/20.

Bernadette De Souza, Certified Professional Coach

Bernadette is a Certified Professional Coach specializing in Executive, Career Transition and Life Coaching. Skilled in career and leadership development, she is a people leader and motivator, inspiring all levels of professionals while grooming and nurturing diverse talents. With over 30 years as a senior executive in the Ontario Public Service, not-for-profit and international agencies, Bernadette’s career has focused on leading major transformational initiatives, with an emphasis on people impacts. Previously, Bernadette was an international diplomat, working for the United Nations in New York, Rome and Tanzania. She has traveled extensively (100+ countries), learning about cultures, history, art and music. Her musical family has a band that performs for various events and for disadvantaged groups.
