Jeffrey O'Leary, Brittany Ashie

Originally from New Brunswick, Jeffrey O’Leary (BBA, MBA, CMA, CPA, CM) has worked for over 15 years at Maple Leaf Foods in various Corporate Finance, Sales and Marketing positions throughout the organization. Currently a Controller at Karl Storz Medical Devices, Jeff holds undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Economics, an MBA and is a CMA, CPA in Ontario as well as a Chartered Marketer with the Canadian Marketing Association and is a Certified Forensic Accountant with the American Board of Forensic Accounting. A doctoral student, Jeff has been teaching in post-secondary education for over 14 years and is currently a lecturer at the University of Guelph and McMaster University Continuing Education while being a Moderator and Facilitator in the Ontario CPA program. Jeff is married to Kate and they have two young children - Audrey and Olivia. 

Originally from Kingston, Ontario, Brittany Ashie is an experienced leader in business development, marketing, and employer engagement. As Senior Manager of Employer Engagement at the Canadian Marketing Association, she oversees the Digital Marketing Skills Certificate (DMSC) program, connecting employers with upskilled marketing talent. With a background in customer relations and sales strategy at companies like Samsung and Apple, Brittany focuses on driving partnerships and growth while promoting diversity and inclusion in the workforce. She is passionate about helping organizations stay competitive by accessing top marketing talent.
