This webinar unpacks how the Seven Pillars of People Analytics can elevate every HR function from workforce planning and engagement to learning, performance, and retention through a data-driven, evidence-based lens. Focusing on Recruitment and Selection, Dr. Selseleh will demonstrate how a People Analytics approach can revolutionize hiring decisions by integrating predictive modeling, bias detection, and GenAI-powered talent insights. Participants will explore how analytics transforms traditional intuition-based recruitment into a strategic, measurable, and equitable process, improving quality of hire, candidate experience, and organizational fit. Practical examples, case insights, and accessible tools will help HR professionals apply analytics in real-world hiring challenges while maintaining ethical and human-centered decision-making.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  1. Apply the Seven Pillars of People Analytics to differentiate how each core HR function (e.g., workforce planning, engagement, performance, learning, retention) benefits from an evidence-based analytics approach. Outcome: Participants can map HR functions to relevant analytical pillars and identify data-driven opportunities for improvement.
  2. Analyze recruitment and selection challenges using People Analytics frameworks to enhance quality of hire, predict turnover risk, and reduce bias in hiring decisions. Outcome: Participants can interpret key recruitment metrics and design data-informed strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  3. Evaluate the role of AI and Generative Analytics tools in transforming recruitment and selection processes while maintaining ethical and human-centered HR practices. Outcome: Participants can identify responsible AI applications that improve efficiency, inclusivity, and decision accuracy in talent acquisition.
