Donna Marshall is a global leader specializing in workplace compliance, mental health, psychological safety and workplace harassment prevention. In 2004, she co-founded Workright Limited alongside psychologist Dr. Stephanie Bot, building it into a trusted provider of workplace eLearning and certification training courses across Canada and globally.

A professional writer, content developer, public speaker and consultant, Donna has presented at leading forums including the Mental Health Commission of Canada, HRPA and the Ontario Psychological Association. She also appeared on CBC as a specialist in mental health and workplace harassment.

In addition to her executive role, Donna maintains a private psychotherapy practice at the Forest Hill Centre, where she works as a Registered Psychotherapist.
