Rebecca Graham, CHRP, CHRL, Senior Director, Global Talent Development & HR Business Partner

Rebecca is the Senior Director, Global Talent Development & HR Business Partner at BlackBerry, where she has worked for the past 7 years. She supports the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Legal Officer and the Senior Vice President, IVY Platform Development and their organizations as their HR Business Partner while also leading the Global Talent Development portfolio. Prior to BlackBerry, Rebecca held various roles as an HR leader and business partner supporting start-ups, mid-size and large companies. Rebecca is passionate about leaving things better than she found them. Having worked in start-ups where there was no infrastructure and building it from the ground up, and working for BlackBerry who has gone through a significant transformation since its smartphone days, Rebecca has developed a broad skill set and career she is proud of. Rebecca has also developed a focus on talent development getting certified in Myers Briggs (MBTI), Situational Leadership (Ken Blanchard), Taking the Stage (Humphrey Group) and Korn Ferry leadership content. Since taking the helm of Global Talent Development, BlackBerry has garnered over 40 employer awards, launched 3 leadership development programs, implemented online learning through 2 new system implementations and her team provides countless career development tools to BlackBerry’s global workforce. Rebecca graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a BA in Contemporary Studies and holds the Certified Human Resources Leader designation. Rebecca also held various positions with the Grand Valley HRPA Board of Directors including Director of Membership and Mentorship, Director at Large and Director of Communications.


Oluseyi Olufikayo-Olabiyi

Oluseyi has over eight years of experience as an HR Professional and has worked in Nigeria's Advertising, Financial Services, Real Estate, and Consumer Goods sectors. Her Human Resources exposure covers the areas of talent acquisition, total rewards, industrial relations, performance management, change management, leadership development, HR technology, and HR data analytics. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in HRM at Conestoga College.


Monika Sousa, Manager, People Business Partnerships

Monika graduated from Conestoga College with a Diploma in Business Management and a post grad certificate in Human Resources Management. She started her career in finance as an Accountant for Sally Beauty and Open Text. After 5 years she made a career change and moved into HR in 2010 and has spent the last 8.5 years in the tech industry, including 4.5 years at Shopify as an HR Business Partner and most recently as Manager, People Business Partnerships at Clio Legal Software. When she’s not working, she spends her time with her husband, their 3 children and puggle.


My-Binh Trung, CHRP, CHRL, ACC, Program Manager

My-Binh Trung is a human resources professional with experience in program development that drive employee engagement in the banking, telecommunication, and retail environments. My-Binh is a member of the HRPA Mentoring Program and mentors new Canadians a part of the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC). She obtained her degree in Commerce (Human Resources Management and Business Law) from Ryerson University, along with a CHRL designation, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
