Following our ABM, join us as our very own HRPA's CEO Louise Taylor Green presents on the importance of professionalism in HR and the challenge that HR leaders sometimes face when asked to 'turn the other cheek' when business outcomes trump fair and balanced treatment of employees. Louise will share her experiences when faced with major ethical dilemmas in HR and how she was able to manage through some very difficult issues. You will not want to miss this event and hear Louise speak on the importance of professional courage and the implications of practicing avoidance.
