After participating in ‘Unlocking the power of employee experience” workshop, HR professionals will:

Jenny Barkan

Jenny Barkan ACC holds degrees in Law and Psychology & Management, but her passion has always been to help people reach their full potential. So, she decided to transform her passion into a career by obtaining formal training as a Life and Business Coach at Erickson Coaching International Institute (Vancouver, Canada) and becoming a ICF Certified Coach. Since 2014 she is a member of International Coaching Federation, a global organization that retains very high professional and ethical standards. Jenny’s background in psychology and training as a business coach give her the ability to understand the inner processes of the brain, how they translate into behaviours. Her experience in the corporate world (almost 20 years of practicing Law and working in the automotive industry) gives her insight into business structures, program management and continuous improvement processes, including HR practices. Jenny has lived and worked in several countries, giving her unique perspective and an opportunity to experience a variety of personalities, cultures, languages and business ethics. Through the Toronto chapter of ICF she participates in pro-bono coaching for non-profit organizations in Greater Toronto Area.
