The ROI of Investing in Leadership Development – Nadim Kara

Want to future-proof your business? Start with leadership.

Organizations invest in technology, processes, and products—but how many truly invest in developing their leaders? When we look at top-performing companies, one pattern is clear: strong leadership isn’t seen as a cost—it’s an investment.  What’s clear is that when an organization prioritizes leadership development, the results are higher engagement, greater innovation and higher productivity.

They don’t leave leadership to chance, they invest in:

  • Creating and implementing a long-term leadership strategy
  • Building a culture of coaching & feedback
  • Developing leaders at every level

Nadim Kara CHRE, EVP, Head of People and Culture at GreenShield explains how investing in leadership development isn't just about creating better leaders – it's about creating better organizations because strong leaders drive strong performance. It's a strategic imperative that pays dividends in both the short and long term.  Leadership isn’t a title—it’s a business impact.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn about creating and implementing a long-term leadership strategy
  • Gain insights into building a culture of coaching & feedback
  • Know why developing leaders at every level is critical
