Psychology of Transformation for Leaders of Change is a pragmatic and interactive discussion which focuses on how people process change within the context of organizational or personal transformation. Participants will learn about psychological considerations for leaders of change, the stages of grief and introduce the William Bridges Change Curve including pragmatic recommendations for leaders of change and transformation.

Mark Beagan

Mark is a strategic Human Resources Executive with a focus on Strategic Advisory, Organizational Transformation / Development and Talent Management - Automation of Workflows in order to build healthy and productive organizations that deliver on strategy. Throughout Marks 20+ year career, Mark has provided strategic guidance to Canadian, North American and Global organizations experiencing significant growth, mergers, acquisitions, technological disruption and even 2 divestitures. Most recently, Mark worked on the integration of 4 acquisitions to form Arcadis Canada. Mark has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Brock University, holds the CHRE accreditation from the HRPA, Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and is currently completing his Associate Certified Coaching accreditation through the International Coaching Federation.
