This program will help HR professionals to manage, guide, & support your remote workers with strategic and secure tools. It can also help to prioritize the digital well being of your workplace for success. This program will describe what some engaged employees feel and experience at work. It will aim to help plan an Employee Engagement Strategy that needs more wellness based. Building resiliency through supporting connectedness and interpersonal support is more relevant than ever before. Organizational well-being creates an environment conducing to retaining and enhancing the ability to recover and grow in the face of stressors and changing demands.

CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL cancellations MUST be received in writing, 3 business days in advance of the event, to chaptercancellations@hrpa.ca.
