This program will help HR professionals to manage, guide, & support your remote workers with strategic and secure tools.  It can also help to prioritize the digital well being of your workplace for success. This program will describe what some engaged employees feel and experience at work.  It will aim to help plan an Employee Engagement Strategy that needs more wellness based. Building resiliency through supporting connectedness and interpersonal support is more relevant than ever before. Organizational well-being creates an environment conducing to retaining and enhancing the ability to recover and grow in the face of stressors and changing demands.

This Session will include details about the following:

  • Nuts and bolts for creating an organizational culture with well-being at the forefront.
  • Retaining employees is key for developmental growth

Aline has made a lifetime career in HR and has worked for major brands such as Hudson’s Bay Company, Loblaw’s and Sears Canada and founder of Aline Ayoub HR Consulting. Aline is fully certified to administer Myers-Briggs assessment tools and is an active member of Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
