Day 2:   Achievement of Pay Equity - 8:30AM -12:30PM

Day 3: Maintaining Pay Equity and Consequences of Non-Compliance - 8:30AM to 1:30PM

Carolyn is a senior partner at Hicks Morley Hamilton Stewart Storie LLP, one of the leading Canadian firms focusing exclusively on management-side human resources law and advocacy for over 51 years. In addition to her labour and employment law practice, Carolyn is one of the leading lawyers in Ontario with extensive pay equity expertise that extends to both Ontario and Federal Pay Equity. Carolyn regularly advises employer on all aspects of compliance and have provided training and spoken regularly about pay equity, to employer groups, on webinars and to individual employers. Carolyn has taught the Pay Equity Certificate Program for HRPA for over 10 years and counting. Carolyn represented employers in complaints and litigation before the Ontario Pay Equity Commission, Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal, and now the Federal Pay Equity Commission.
