Learning Outcomes:
- Participants will gain an understanding of how to avoid miscommunication.
- Participants will develop effective cross cultural communication skills and strategies.
- Participants will learn how to foster an inclusive and multicultural workplace environment.
A “no show/late cancellation” fee will be charged if cancellation is not provided to chaptercancellations@hrpa.ca at least 3 business days in advance.
