Finding employment is a full time job – it is a job – your job. An important element to be successful in your Job Search is developing a positive mindset and maintaining a strong belief in yourself. This is easier said than done.

To learn more about how it is done In her presentation Rose-marie will share with you her toolkit that will:
• help to develop that mindset ,
• facilitate your Job Search skills,
• cope with your own special situation, and
• create positive energy to attract the job of your choice.

Participants will be motivated to think about their individual situations individually and create skills that will maintain the energy to sustain an employment search in the current job market.

Rose-Marie Fernandez, CHRP, CHRL, Principal and Founder

Rose-marie Fernandez is a seasoned Human Resources Practitioner and a Certified Professional Coach. She has had extensive experience in Human Resources having worked internationally and in Canada as a Senior HR Executive, Consultant, Workshop Facilitator, Teacher and a Coach.

Her employment positions have included being the Director of Human Resources for the YWCA of Metro Toronto and Covenant House in Canada and the Head of Human Resources for the AMAN Foundation while away in the subcontinent. She has provided consultations and facilitated workshops internationally to the World Bank, the banking, hospitality and manufacturing sectors serving clients in 11 countries from Malaysia to Greece. As a speaker she has inspired her audiences to believe in themselves, take positive action in their lives and realise their true potential.

She has had diverse experiences in her own life having moved and lived in different countries. This includes facing the challenges of being laid off, moving countries and being resourceful in utilising her human resources background in being gainfully employed. She currently teaches Job Search skills and Career Tracking at Centennial College.

It is through her company Coaching Worx that Rose-marie fulfills her lifelong commitment to facilitate and energise people to recognise that their true potential lies within themselves. AS a Certified Professional Coach her tool kit includes the Energy Leadership Index which is the foundation of here practice. Her clients include Executives in transition to achieve fulfillment in the choices that they make professionally and personally.
