Speaker bio(s)
Jason Beeho, Partner

Jason's background includes previous work experience with construction and building trades, as well as more than 10 years of practicing employment and labour law at one of Canada's premier full-service firms, where he developed sub-specialties in occupational health & safety and workers’ compensation law.

As comfortable speaking with a CEO as he is with talking to workers on a job-site, Jason brings a real-world sensibility to legal and business issues. Jason is a trusted advisor to many health & safety and human resources professionals; and he regularly provides counsel on pro-active risk management, in addition to bringing his practical advice and problem-solving to bear in assisting clients with the varied challenges that they encounter in the course of doing business. In that regard, Jason has represented his clients’ interests before numerous adjudicative bodies, including the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (Appeals Branch), the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Jason frequently conducts seminars on occupational health & safety and other workplace issues.
