While Kaitlyn began her career in marketing and communications, she fell in love with the world of recruiting and recruitment marketing while working at a tech startup in Waterloo. After leaving the startup space, Kaitlyn spent several years developing the employer brand program from the ground up at OpenText and then worked with a range of organizations as an independent consultant.
