Kaitlyn Holbein is the Founder & Principal Consultant at The Employer Brand Shop, a boutique recruitment marketing and employer branding agency. While Kaitlyn began her career in marketing and communications, she fell in love with the world of recruiting and recruitment marketing while working at a tech startup in Waterloo. After leaving the startup space, Kaitlyn spent several years developing the employer brand program from the ground up at OpenText and then worked with a range of organizations as an independent consultant. Today, Kaitlyn and her team at The Employer Brand Shop help organizations around the world attract and engage talent using creative marketing strategies. Kaitlyn regularly speaks about recruitment marketing and employer branding best practices and has also authored a wide range of how-to style content pieces for Rally Recruitment Marketing.
